Click on this link below called, "download contract", then select a location on your hard drive to save it to and press okay. Once you have the contract, locate it on you hard drive, and then double click it to unzip the contract. After that, load it into a text editor (i.e. WinWord) and print it out. Then fill it out and mail it back to us with your photos and check.
